"Sweet Aunt Margy" Margaret Ann Phelps passed away peacefully Thursday, May 17, 2012 in Sandy, Utah. She was born in Vernal, Utah, September 8, 1940 to Heber Roy Phelps and Ruby Bell Allred Phelps. Margy was truly loved by everyone. She was a member of the LDS Church and enjoyed her western music and family get togethers.Survived by nieces Robyn (Ray), Vicki, Kelly, and sister-in-law Sharon; 8 great nieces and nephews; 11 great-great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Heber and Ruby; sister and brother-in-law Trudy and Tom; brother Merlin; nephew Scott Phelps and niece Terri Barnett.We would like to thank Anita Peterson for her help. We would also like to thank Doug with Hospice For Utah for their care.Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 22,1:00 p.m. at the Vernal Cemetery with a viewing Monday 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
