Son of Leonard G. Stallard and Gertrude M (unk) Stallard. He married Carlee Smith Dec. 14, 1944. He was a deacon in the Free Will Baptist Church. He enlisted in the U.S. Army 5 Feb. 1942 at Camp Lee, VA, and released 14 Oct. 1945.
