Her father,b Apr 5, 1859, Glen Allen, Fayette Co, Al, d Nov 28, 1936, Purcell, OK, first married Marthan Bowles abt 1880 in Glen Allen. On 25 Nov 1897, he md Icie Elizabeth in Glen Allen, the d/o Alva and Sarah Bishop Smith. Vera's 5- 1/2 siblings: Wm. Thomas, James Franklin, Ella Drucilla, Martin Luther and Marthan Mills Webster. Her 6 siblings: Mary Ethel Mills, Mrs. Bemis Cline Grace Mae Mills, Mrs. Bill Weeks Wilburn Hall Mills Daniel Edward Mills Joseph Ellis Mills Alura Maxine Mills, Mrs. Tom Iddleman On 30 Apr 1932, in Purcell, Vera married Harley Beecher Self.
