Quad City Times (Davenport, Iowa) Tuesday August 11, 1953 IOWA CITY, Ia - Zack Henderson, 71, died at his home here Monday. Funeral services will be Wednesday at the McGovern funeral home. Burial will be in Memory Gardens. Mr. Henderson was born Nov. 2, 1882 in Aurora, Neb., and came to Iowa City in 1928. Survivors: the widow Jeanice; two sons, LaVerne and Wayne of Cedar Rapids, two sisters, Mrs. Hanna Lucia of Storm Lake and Nora Drawbridge of Aurora, Neb., and a brother, Charles of Aurora.
