Irene K. (Ruzowski) Watson Moravec, 91, of Seward, NE. died on April 24, 2012 at Autumn House in Lincoln, NE. Irene was born on September 18, 1920 in Elyria, NE. to Aloysius "Louis" and Angeline "Angie" (Golka) Ruzowski. Irene graduated from Ord (NE.)High School in 1939. She married Roy Watson on May 18, 1943 and later married Bill Moravec on April 14, 1978. She was a farm wife and later worked as a cook at the Ideal Restaurant. Survivors are: son and his wife, Ken and Kathy Watson of Lincoln; daughter, Pat Eggerling of Waco; daughter-in-law, Marcia Watson of Lincoln; brothers, Evertt and wife Shirley Ruzowski of Navarre, Fla. and Leonard Ruzowski of Ord; brother-in-law, Bill Coble of Kan.; sisters, Edna Battiato of Fremont and Louise and husband Harold Philbrick of Grants Pass, Ore.; grandchildren, Angie (Austin Rowland) Watson, Shawnie Watson and James Watson, Nancy (Matt) Lee, Carol (Joey) Laury; and three step-grandchildren, Mercedes, Bryan Watson and Bryce Wendt, Olyvia and Maylia Watson, Mike and Chelsie Abell, Jason and Tiffany Abell, Katie Lee, Renee and Nikki Kirkpatrick and 15 additional great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren. Irene was preceded in death by: parents Aloysius "Louis" and Angie (Golka) Ruzowski; husbands, Roy Watson and William "Bill" Moravec and son-in-law, Ralph Eggerling. Interment was in the Greenwood Cemetery, York, NE. Published York News Times 04/27/2012
