Bio

Rose passed at the family ranch at the "Willows" and was later buried next to her husband, after his death, at the Hackberry Cemetery, Mohave County, AZ. 1860 United States Federal Census, shows a Jno Moore, age 32, born in Tennessee residing with the HUNTS in Franklin, CA. Census also gives Rose's age as 1.12 or one month old at time of census. The 1870 United States Federal Census, shows a John W. Moore, age 47, living with the Thomas Hale HUNT family in Franklin, Sacramento, CA. Could he be the origin of Rosina's middle name of "MOORE"? [see roll: M593_77; Page: 110; Image 216; Year 1870]
