Bio

Herald Coaster, November 13, 2002: Funeral services for Ernest John Feldhoff of Beasley will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, at Friedens United Church of Christ, 7526 Ave. I in Beasley. The Rev. Carol Ashton will officiate the services. Burial will follow at the Needville Public Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, in the chapel of Garmany & Carden Funeral Home, 1201 Fourth St. in Rosenberg, (281) 342-4671. Ernest was born June 26, 1929 in Needville to John and Ella Zwahr Feldhoff. He passed away Nov. 12, 2002 at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital in Richmond after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ella Feldhoff; his step-mother, Dora Conner Feldhoff; and his two brothers, Norman and Gerald Feldhoff. Ernest is survived by his loving wife, LaVan Feldhoff; his children, Sandra Croft, Judy Kveton and her husband, David, JoAnn Meyer and her husband, Don, David Feldhoff and his wife, Kim; his step-children, Carolyn Anders and her husband, Willie, Bonnie Kovar and her husband, Joe, Duwayne Englehardt and his wife, Cheryl, Sharon Beran and her husband, George, Dawn McInvale, Rhonda Fay and her husband, Charles, Candace Vykukal and her husband, Dennis; his father, John Feldhoff; 23 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
