Bio

Herald Coaster, June 7, 1982: Funeral services for Gus Herman Schultz, 80, of the Brown Community, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Immanuel United Church of Christ in Needville. Burial will be in Needville Public Cemetery, with Rev. George K. Kuebler officiating. Schultz died Sunday at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital. He was a farmer in the Brown Community for many years. He is survived by his wife, Emma, of the Brown Community; one daughter, Mrs. Arnold (Ruth) Peters of the Brown Community; one sister, Mrs. Mary Schultz Nabelek of Caldwell; and two granddaughters. Memorials may be made to Immanuel United Church of Christ in Needville. Friends may call the Garmany & Carden Needville Chapel Monday.
