(KS) Belleville Telescope March 24, 1977 Otis James Kasha, son of Joseph E. and Antonia M. Shindler Kasha, was born August 26, 1907, near Cuba, and died March 15, 1977, at his home east of Agenda, at the age of 69 years, six months and 19 days. He received his education at the Lost Springs public schools and attended Lisle College and Loyola University at Chicago, Ill. He was united in marriage to Frieda Neuvians, November 1, 1933. They engaged in farming near Agenda until his retirement. He was a member of the Catholic church. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Olga. He is survived by his wife, Frieda of the home; two brothers, Joseph A. Kasha of Herington, Vlatimer Kasha of Villisca, Iowa; three sisters, Mrs. Keith (Bertha) Ashton of Belleville, Mrs. Sylvester (Almina) Maier of Chickasha, Oklahoma, and Mrs. Beatrice Cannon of Phoenix, Ariz.; 14 nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Thursday, March 17 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Edward's Catholic church of Belleville, conducted by Father John Vandenberghe. Rosary services was held Wednesday, March 16, 1977 at 8:00 p.m., at the Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart Memorial Chapel. Interment was made in the Agenda cemetery. Thank you, JLN, for the obituary
