Bio

James "Jim" is the son of Henry Green Vallance and Elizabeth Gollihue Vallance. He is the husband of Minnie Josephine Kilgore Vallance. He was the Postmaster in Memphis, Texas for many years.. He was raised by his step mother Anna Jennettie Pearl Yount Vallance after the death of his maternal mother Elizabeth on the Vallance Farm, Plaska, Texas.
