Bio

R.L. was raised on the Vallance Family Farm, Plaska, Texas. He moved to California with his family in the 1940s. He worked at several different traits while in California. He and his wife Elizabeth Wade were the parents of three sons. Their marriage was disolved by divorce. He married Viola Evelyn Greaves in 1951 in Los Angelas, California. After the death of Viola in 1976 he married Willie Mae "Billie" Smith in 1977 in Texas.
