Per TXDC: Father: John Varner Mother: Jennie Toles Informant: Daisy Smith ---------------------------- John WELLS and Plumer VARNER WELLS. They lived most all of their adult lives in the Post area. Plumer VARNER was born in Cherokee Co., AL in 1892, married John Wells and they had a least one child, Fay WELLS. The social security listings indicate that Plumer died in Post, TX in 1967.
