Houston Chronicle, August 2, 1995: Martha Osina Martin, 96, of Needville, Texas, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 1995. She was born April 17, 1899 in Ammannsville, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Ludvig Osina and Robert Martin; and her son, Ernest Osina. Grandma is survived by her loving family, granddaughter, Pat Cones and her husband, Robert; grandson, Jimmy Osina and his wife, Jody; great-grandchildren, Kyle Cones, Kristi Cones and her husband, Bruce, Brian Cones and his wife, Jenny, Kim Hennessey, Rachel Osina, Mitchell Osina; special caregivers, Emma Watson and Verna Wilmore. Funeral services sill be held Friday, August 4, 1995, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Needville, with interment following at St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery in Needville. A rosary service will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 3, 1995, at Davis-Greenlawn Chapel in Rosenberg. Father James Ramsey will officiate the services. Friends may call after 3:00 P.M. Thursday, August 3rd, at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home, 3900 B.F. Terry (FM 2218 & Highway 59), Rosenberg. 713-341-8800. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.
