Duncan Banner, Thurs., Feb. 16, 2012 PATRICIA STINNETT, 67, of Duncan, Okla., passed away Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, in Oklahoma City. Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at the Ryan Cemetery in Ryan, Okla., with Larry Safford officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carter-Smart Funeral Home. Family visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Patricia was born Dec. 13, 1944, in Ryan, to Ross and Marion Lorine (Ray) Reynolds. She worked as a homecare nurse. Survivors include a son, Ricky Woodard of Duncan; two grandchildren, Makala and Jordan Woodard of Duncan; and one brother, Alford Reynolds of Duncan.
