Bio

West Point-Services for Frank J. Steuter, retired West Point farmer, will be at St. Mary's Catholic Church. The Rev. Godfrey Meiergerd will officiate. Steuter died in the West Point Nursing home. He was born April 2, 1893, in West Point and was a lifetime resident of the community. He was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and the Farmers Union. Survivors include sisters, Mrs William (Catherine) Scheuth, Mrs. Marie Scherer of Aurora, Mrs. John (Crescentia)Halburn of Wheatridge, Sister Mary Clare Steuter and Sister Mary Agnes Steuter, both of West Point, and Mrs. Marian Hansen of Bakersville, CA. Ben Stalp Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery.
