Bio

The Telephone Register, McMinnville, Oregon, Thursday, March 27, 1947 Funeral services were held for Bessie Mae Myers in the Jefferson Christian church in care of the Fisher Funeral Home on Tuesday, Mar. 18. Mrs. Myers died March 15 at her home in the Talbot community. Rev. O.F. Mick, Albany Christian church, and Rev. Chester Rice, Jefferson, officiated at the services. Interment was in the Evergreen cemetery, McMinnville. Mrs. Myers was born in Quick, Frontier county, Nebr., and came to Whiteson, Yamhill county, in 1900. On December 31, 1932, at Salem she became the wife of Chester A. Myers, who survives. Childred surviving are Mrs. Wilma Morford, Jefferson Rt. 1, and Alton Baltimore, Albany. Also surviving is her mother, Mrs. Sarah Jane Garlick of Jefferson.
