Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Austin with burial in Assumption Cemetery in Austin. Mrs. Dornak was born in West. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Ladies of Charity. She was a member of SPJST #54 of West and KJZT #93 of Austin. She is survived by her husband, Leo C. Dornak of Austin; two sons, Melvin Dornak of Austin and John R. Dornak of Galveston; a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Mark Hafner of Columbia, Maryland; mother and step-father, Helen and Alfons Marek of West; and a brother, Adolph Marek of Austin.
