VERNON - Julie E. Halencak, 82, died Friday, Jan. 9, 2004. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today in Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Oren Key officiating. Burial will be in Eastview Cemetery. Mrs. Halencak married Lonnie Halencak on Jan. 30, 1940, in Vernon. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Barbara Cavaness of Vernon; four sons, Robert Halencak of Childress, Lonnie Halencak Jr. of Vernon, Emil Halencak of Canyon and Thomas Halencak of Plainview; two sisters, Joesphine Bujnosek of Farwell and Georgia Rekieta of Paducah; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
