Bio
Funeral Mass for Georgia Ann Rekieta, 90, of Paducah will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday February 25, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Paducah with Father Ruban Selvaraj officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories in Paducah under the direction of Zapata Funeral Home. A Rosary will be held on Tuesday February 24, 2015 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home and visitation will follow from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Georgia passed from this life on February 22, 2015 in Wichita Falls. She is survived by her eight children: Shirley Johnson of Graham, Tx., Johnny Rekieta and wife Sherri of Arlington, Tx., Charley Rekieta and wife Tracey of Wolfforth, Tx., Irene Blount and husband Ben of Paducah, Kathy Smith and husband Rudy of Vernon, Tx., Jerry Rekieta and wife Robin of Lubbock, Tx., Billy Rekieta and wife Vickie of Paducah, and Eugene Rekieta and wife Nicki of Mansfield, Tx. Her sister: Josephine Bujnosek of Farwell, Tx. Fifteen grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
