According to her Washington state death certificate, Elizabeth was the daughter of Dennis Kelly and Mary Ann McDevitt. She was married to Fred Holt. She was the 11th of 12 siblings. Her brothers and sisters were William, Charles, Mary Ann, Dennis, Thomas, John Joseph, Dennis, Rosella, James, Catherine, Matthew Francis, and Leo. Elizabeth was the wife of Fred Holt. She died of stomach cancer at age 49 in King, Washington. She did not have any children.
