The Weekly Star and Kansan, Fri., Aug. 16, 1889 OBITUARY. DIED:—At her home in West Cherry township, on Tuesday, August 6th, Mary A., wife of Dennis Kelly, aged forty-two years. She leaves twelve children and a sorrowing husband to mourn their irreparable loss. All were present at her death bed except one whom it was impossible to reach by telegraph. The funeral services took place at 10 o'clock on Thursday morning the 7th inst., and her remains were interred In the Independence cemetery. She was a woman of whom everyone has a good word to say and whose kind deeds will be remembered. The disease of which she died was a malignant case of gangrened sore mouth.which had baffled the skill of the best physicians and from which she had suffered for two years.
