Bio

Clinton E. Dyess, 70, died Sunday at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, La. A former resident of Robertsdale, Dyess was a 1942 graduate of Robertsdale High School and Auburn University. Dyess was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army Air Force. He was also a recipient of the Purple Heart award. Dyess was retired from the oil refinery industry after more than 42 years of service. He was a native of the Rosinton community.
