Dale T. Childs, 52, of Springville, died Sunday, February 12, 1995, in Springville from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. He was born February 12, 1943, in Springville, to Russell C. and Clara Cornaby Childs . He married Karen Ostler September 13, 1962, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He is survived by his wife, Karen Ostler Childs, mother and stepfather, Clara and Heber Johnson; five children: Natalie and Rodney Phillips and their children, Savannah, Seth, and McKenzie; Wendy and Gary Smith and their children, Dallas and Madison; Sherri and Brett Lindsay and their daughter, Brook; Michael Dale Childs and Amber Childs; brothers and sisters, Ardene Childs, Las Vegas, NV; Delores Crandall, Springville, UT; Carolee Newman, St. George, UT; Floyd Childs, Murray, UT; Fred Childs, Sunset, UT; DeVere Childs, Richfield, UT. He was preceded in death by his father and an infant daughter, Kiya Childs . Burial was February 16, 1995.
