"Dorothy Helen Colley, 91, of Huntsville, died Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Moberly Nursing and Rehab. Dorothy was born October 24, 1918 in Jacksonville, Missouri, the daughter of Ural W. and Lillian J. (Cavanaugh) Harlan. She married Virgil Leon Colley on August 25, 1956 in Moberly. He preceded her in death on March 2, 1972. Survivors include two sons; two stepdaughters; one brother; two sisters; a sister-in-law; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her parents, her husband, and one brother, Don Harlan, preceded Mrs. Colley in death. Dorothy was a member of the Mt. Shiloh Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, walking, and spending time with family and friends. Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at Patton Funeral Home in Huntsville. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Moberly. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the Mt. Shiloh Baptist Church.
