Bio

Noble was the son of Julius A. Acker and Anna May Young. He married first Anna Mae Smith, 7 October 1945, Yonkers, Weschester Co., NY. Their children were Daniel Michael Acker, Cynthia Anne Spruiell, Stephen Randall Acker, Paul Edwin Acker, Barbara Louise Reece, William Zane Acker, and Annette Marie Acker. After Anna's death he married Eva.
