Daisy Fletcher Tobey, 78, of Evansville, Indiana died October 30, 2011, at River Point Health Campus in Evansville, Indiana. Burial at Fields Chapel Cemetery in Palestine, Texas was under the direction of Herrington/Land of Memory Funeral Home. She was born in Anderson County, Texas on September 17, 1933, to George Marion and Mary Cynthia Lassiter Fletcher. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Mullen and her husband Kenneth, and Mary Thompson; son, Jackie Earl Thompson; 5 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Frank Fletcher, and John Fletcher; and sister, Mary Johnson.
