Bio

Mr. Marion Frankie Fletcher, 81, of Palestine, Texas died February 15, 2013 at his residence. Burial at Land of Memory Cemetery is under the direction of Herrington Land of Memory Funeral Home. He was born in Palestine on May 7, 1931, to George Marion and Mary Cynthia Lasiter Fletcher. He had lived in Anderson County all his life and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. Mr. Fletcher worked at Eilenberger's Bakery for many years and as a warehouse foreman at the Palestine Coca Cola Company. He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Earlene Fletcher; sons, Bobby Fletcher and Gary Fletcher of Palestine; daughters, Neva Hields of Pert and Karen Curry of Palestine; brother, John Fletcher of Oakland; sister, Mary Johnson of Palestine; 8 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
