Bio

WW2 Marine vet; POW after 6 May 1942 surrender of 4th Marine Regiment and attached units, Philippine Islands; liberated from Osaka, Japan POW Camp 11 September 1945, and repatriated to the United States to US Naval Hospital, Oakland, California. Discharged at Oakland 4 March 1946 as a sergeant.
