Bio

Etta, age 85, passed away in a hospital in Omaha. She was the daughter of Christopher and Priscilla (Rexwinkle) Stine. She married William Christopher Smith on May 25, 1907, in Edna, Kansas. She married James Thomas Hannon on January 8, 1945, in Oswego, Kansas. Survivors include her daughters, Marie West and Hazel Storm, 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren, and her siblings, Josie Cary, Eva Bryant, Joe Stine, and Lee Stine. She was preceded in death by both husbands, her son, Orville Smith, her parents, four sisters, and three brothers. Funeral services were held at Edna First Baptist Church. Burial was in Elm Grove Cemetery.
