Chester Vaughn Harris Chester Vaughn Harris 81, of Greenville, passed away on the morning of Thursday, September 22, 2011 at his home in Greenville. He was born in Hunt Co. son of Carter McKinley Harris and Connie Mae Foster Harris. Mr. Harris was a skilled mechanic. He was a member of the Christian Faith. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his daughters, Vickey Blankenship and husband Keith of Greenville, Susan Vaughn Rees and husband George of Greenville; sister, Betty Jean Eubanks; four grandchildren, Clinton Keith Blankenship, Christy Lynn Gray, Makeesha Kay Rees, and Keegan Thomas Rees; and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lynn Harris, in January 2008 and seven brothers and sisters. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 PM Saturday, September 24, 2011 at LYNCH Funeral Service of Greenville. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Sunday, September 25, 2011 in the LYNCH Funeral Chapel in Greenville. Interment will follow in the LYNCH Memorial Park. LYNCH Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
