Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Paula M. Harris of Dallas, his mother, Connie Mae Harris of Wolfe City, his son Nicholas Dean Harris of Dallas, his daughter, Tammy Denise Harris of Dallas, sisters Doris Potter of Lancaster, Lavetha Potter of Dallas, Mosell Boggs of Wolfe City, Betty Jean Eubank of Greenville, and Valda Johnson of Fort Worth. Also, brothers, Haskell Harris of Wolfe City, Chester Harris of Greenville and Carlos Harris of Quinlan. The Rev. Dayward Thornton will officiate and employees of Merchant Freight Lines will serve as pallbearers.
