Moberly Monitor Index Thursday June 26, 2003 CLEMONS C.woods Clemon C. Woods, 71, of Clark died June 24, 2003, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia. He was born June 23, 1932, in Tompkinsville, Ky., a son of Virgil and Eula England Woods. He served in the U.S.Army and was a self employed logger. On April 4, 1964 in Clark, he married Wanda Apel. She survives of the home. Also surviving are three daughters, Penny Woods, Greybill, Wy., Brenda Koenig, Clark, and Faith Woods, also of Clark; one brother, Clyde Woods, Clark; three sisters, Gertrude Downing, Moberly; Geneya Kearns, Arcola, Ill.; and Runel Shanbergar, Mattatoon, Ill.; three grandchildren, wesley Koenig, Kevin Koenig and Kelsey Ancell. He was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Million-Taylor Funeral Home in Higbee. Burial will be at Higbee Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
