Bio

Decatur herald 12/115/1924 Mrs. Alma Ward, the wife of Charles Ward, died Sunday morning in her home in Decatur. Her death having resulted from heart trouble. Her illness had been of long duration. She is survived by her husband and the following sons and daughters, Lena Ruth, Howard, Dorris and June all of Decatur, her mother, Mrs. Louisa Roney of Bethany a brother, Ray Crowder and a sister, Sadie Crowder both of Bethany. She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian church in Bethany. Funeral services will be at the home of her mother and burial will be in the Marrowbone cemetery in Bethany.
