Juanita Chrismer Buried Saturday Relatives and friends gathered at the Presbyterian Church Saturday afternoon to pay final tribute to Mrs. Juanita Chrismer. She passed away Thursday in the Yuma District Hospital following a brief illness. Rev Tom Westfall officiated and burial was made beside her husband in the Yuma Cemetery. Juanita McSween Chrismer, only daughter of Dix W. and Alice McSween, born March 9, 1895 at Brush passed away November 4, 1976 at the Yuma Community Hospital following ten days illness. She was baptized into the Presbyterian Church at an earl age and was a devoted member of the church throughout their life spending many hours teaching Sunday School classes. She received her education in the Brush schools distinguishing herself in playing the piano and singing. On June 22, 1914 she was married to Robert Chrismer of Yuma. They moved to the farm north of Yuma in 1916 where she has resided these any years. Mrs. Chrismer, a sixty year member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood, organized Chapter BJ Yuma in 1921. She was also a faithful member of he Presbyterian Women's Association. Mr. Chrismer preceded her in death in 1976.--Yuma Pioneer, Thursday, Nov. 11, 1976
