Robert "BoBo" W. Filer of Alta Loma passed away Monday, March 31, 2003, at his residence. Born January 24, 1941, in Alta Loma, Mr. Filer had been a lifelong resident. He retired from the Galveston County Road Maintenance Department and was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
