Bio

Eva was the wife of Charles Augustus Tarwater. They settled on a ranch in Walnut Creek, near Oak Grove Rd and Walnut Ave. They had two children, Mildred and Bernice. Her parents were Philip and Margaret(Clark)Wells. Her brother, Jasper Wells was the County Clerk for Martinez. Another brother, Samuel, was the Deputy County Clerk for Martinez.
