Bio

Jasper was the son of Philip Wells and Margaret Clark-Wells. He married Anna Webb Jan 8, 1902 in Walnut Creek, CA. They had two children, Melvin Wells & one child that died at birth. Jasper was the County Clerk of Martinez, CA from 1908 until his death.
