Bio
Lucille Josephine Grabber, age 89, of McKinney, Texas, formerly of Marble Falls, Texas, passed away on June 23, 2011. She was born January 25, 1922, in Lindsay, Texas to Nicholas and Theresa (Schad) Neu. On November 11, 1941 Lucille married Francis J. Grabber in Slaton, Texas. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters and Altar Society in Slaton, Texas; and a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in McKinney, Texas. She is survived by her son, Tommy Grabber and wife Betty of Springfield, Missouri; daughter, Linda Graham and husband Jan of McKinney, Texas; grandchildren, Jennifer Stuckey and husband Lon, Eric Graham, and Adam Graham; great-grandchildren, Carter Stuckey, Addison Stuckey, Kincaid Graham, and Arden Graham; sisters, Marie Macha of Marlin, Texas, and Alice Hampton of Grandbury, Texas. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Grabber; brothers, Donald, Herbert, and Richard Neu; and sisters, Louise Herrick, Cora Lee Kitten, Margaret Utley, and Rita Cartwright. Funeral services were held on Monday, June 27, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, in Allen, Texas, with Father Jose Pazheveettil officiating. Interment followed at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park in Burnet, Texas.
