Bio

"Don enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps in 1942 and after basic training was in the Engineer Corps, performing maintenance on all support equipment. Don first served in England; was part of the Normandy Invasion force at Omaha Beach on D-Day, and then served in France and Germany until he was discharged in 1945 at the end of World War II."
