Frances Ellen Peck Cassutt, age 73, died at Avera McKennan Hospital on May 9, 2011. Frances Ellen Peck was born on February 19, 1938 at Madison to Lester and Blanche (Hare) Peck. She married Tom Cassutt at Pipestone, MN on November 1, 1955. She is survived by her husband - Tom of Ramona. Two sons - Douglas of Omaha, NE and Tom Joe (Debbie) of Ramona. Four daughters - Deborah (Steven ) Sunde of Phoenix, AZ, Susan (James) Langner of Madison, Lora (Philip) DeCurtins of Ramona and Jeannie (Shawn) Guymon of New Ulm, MN. forteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. Two brothers - Lawrence Peck of Williston, ND and David Peck of Garland, TX and two sisters - Mary Lou Doblar of Madison and Peggy Christopher of Nashville, TN, She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at St Thomas Aquinas Church in Madison with Rev Robert Vinslauski officiating. Burial will be in St Ann Cemetery, Badus Township. She lived all her life in the Madison - Ramona area where she attended Beadle Campus school. She was a member of St William Altar Society. There will be a parish scripture service at 7:00 PM on Wednesday at the Weiland Funeral Chapel which is in charge of the arrangements.
