Services for Olton A. Gillespie, Jr. will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2008 in the chapel of John Kramer & Son with Brother Bob Galloway officiating. Interment will be in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Melder. Olton A. Gillespie, Jr., 60, of Pineville, passed away Sunday May 18, 2008 in The Oaks Care Center, Pineville. He is preceded in death by: his parents, Olton A. Gillespie, Sr. and Lacy Gillespie; one brother, Dale White and one nephew, Michael Wood . He is survived by three sisters, Ruby Johnson of Alexandria; Judy Gillespie of Ball; Geraldine Gillespie of Ball; two brothers, Eddie Gillespie of Ball; Kenneth Gillespie and his wife, Doris of Glenmora; Nephew, Anthony Wood; his friends, Aubrey Lowden and Mark Walker; many dear friends at The Oaks Care Center. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at John Kramer & Son. Pallbearers will be Johnny Ray Gypin, Harold Deville, Ronald Johnson, Jack Hunt, Anthony Wood, and Edward Gillespie.
