Bio

"Mrs. Maude Dobbins Kelley, age 93 of Coleman, passed away September 2, 2003 in the Coleman County Medical Center. Services will be held today (Thursday) at 2:00 p. m. at the Central Baptist Church of Coleman with David Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Coleman City Cemetery under the direction of Walker Funeral Home of Coleman. Deacons of the church will be pallbearers. "Mrs. Kelley was born January 6, 1910 in Coleman County and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Drew and Dora Dobbins. She had lived in Coleman all of her life and was a member of the Central Baptist Church. "Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Glen and Edie Cullins of Bangs; one son-in-law Robert Knowles; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Betty Doris Knowles; one great-granddaughter, one great-grandson, four sisters and five brothers."
