Bio

Elsie, age 92, died at Community Memorial Health Center in Burwell. She was the daughter of William and Anna (Johnson) Hood. She married George Ernest Dawe on June 23, 1943, in St. Paul. She married Merlin Crandall on January 8, 1972. She was preceded in death by both husbands, her infant son, Ronald Dawe, and her parents. Survivors include her children, Donald Dawe, Kenneth Dawe, Donna Sears, and Linda Mackrill, 12 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and her sister, Lula Black.
