Bio

Funeral services for Miss Vernice Brister, who died at her home in Leesville Sunday June 18, were held Monday from the Castor church at 4 p.m., with the Rev. Pratt McCloud, officiating. Interment was in the Castor cemetery, under the direction of the Dennis Funeral Home. The deceased is survived by her mother, Mrs. Asa Lee Brister Bobiak, of Leesville, brothers and sisters, Grover, Luther, Elmer, Jesse, Jake, Othel and Edvies, all of Leesville.
