Bio
Wife of Dr. Monroe Thomas, married 27 Dec 1892 in Houston County. In their early married life they lived in the Pleasant Grove Community on land that at one time had been included in the Webb estate. In later years they build a home in Crockett at 1207 East Goliad. Nollie and the doctor were the parents of four children, three sons and one daughter. Two of the sons Arthur and Milton had successfull careers in Dallas. The third son, David, died at an early age. Leona, the daughter, never married but lived with her parents until their deaths. Another person in Nollie's home was Dr Thomas' sister, known as "Miss Sallie".
