TONY LEE CHLOUPEK, 72, of Moberly died Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the Harry S. Truman Veterans Hospital in Columbia. Tony was born on May 5, 1938 in Huntsville, MO the son of Anton and Margaret Mae (Hentges) Chloupek. He graduated from Huntsville High School in 1957. Mr. Chloupek served in the Navy from 1957-1961. He married Sandra Dubois in 1960 in Riverside, CA. Survivors include, his wife Sandra Chloupek of the home; two sons Anton Chloupek Jr. and Nickey Chloupek of Moberly, MO; one daughter Tonnette Chloupek of Huntsville, MO; one sister Priscilla Potter of Huntsville, MO; two grandchildren Jackie Rodgers and Jimmy Rodgers of Paris, MO and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Chloupek was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Nancy Rodgers and one brother, Jimmy Hill. Mr. Chloupek was a Methodist by faith. He was a member of the Moberly Moose Lodge, VFW, American Legion and Eagles. Tony also enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his friends and family. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, February 7, 2011 at Patton Funeral Home in Huntsville. Burial with full military honors will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Moberly. Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 PM Sunday, February 6, 2011 at Patton Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
