Moberly Monitor Oct. 5, 2012 Obituaries - Sandra May Chloupek, 70, of Moberly, passed away Monday, October 1, 2012, at her home. Sandra was born on December 30, 1941, in Thurston, NY, to Leo Alfred and Nora Ethel (Space) DuBois. She married Anton (Tony) Chloupek, Sr. in 1960, in Riverside, CA. Sandra was a member of the West Park United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gaming at the Boonville casino and traveling. Sandra also loved spending time with her friends and family. Survivors include sons, Anton "Buddy" Chloupek, Jr. and Nickey Chloupek of Moberly, MO; daughter, Tonnette Chloupek of Huntsville, MO; brother, Leo and Sharon DuBois; and sister, Charlotte and Glenn Loffer of Riverside, CA; sister-in-law, Priscilla Potter of Huntsville, MO; two grandchildren, Jackie Rodgers and Jimmy Rodgers of Paris, MO; and her other beloved grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Chloupek was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a daughter, Nancy Rodgers. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home in Moberly. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 10, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. until time of service. A graveside service will be held Thursday, October 11, 2012, at noon at Memorial Park Cemetery in Moberly. Procession will leave the funeral home at 11:50 a.m. for those wishing to attend. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated to The Food Bank Buddy Pack Program, 2101 Vandiver Dr., Columbia, Mo 65202 Pathway Memorial Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
