THE REGISTER-GUARD, Eugene, Lane County Oregon, Monday, February 11, 1980 CRONE - Lyle Dean Crone of 91415 Territorial Road, Junction City, Oregon, died February 7, 1980, at the age of 54, Lyle was born in Veneta, Oregon, June 26, 1925, and lived in this area all of his life. Lyle served in the Navy during World War II. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Crone of Junction City; a son, Les of Springfield; two daughters: Maria Meyers of Springfield and Cathy Wolff of San Diego, California; 3 sisters: Mrs. Clara Spangler and Mrs. Thora Barton, both of Junction City and Inez Erickson of Eugene; 3 grandchildren. Services will be held Wednesday, February 13, 1980, at 1 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home, Junction City. Reverend Rand Sargent of United Methodist Ebbert Memorial Church of Springfield officiating. Interment in Rest Lawn Cemetery, Junction City. -------------------------------------- Correction: Sister Inez mentioned in paper was incorrect. Her name was Iris (Iris Modene Erickson) and she is buried in Rest Lawn Cemetery also.
