A private service is planned, followed by inurnment at Rest Lawn Memorial Park in Junction City. She was born May 11, 1928, in Veneta to George and Maple Smith Crone. She married Cecil Erickson on March 31, 1955, in Eugene. He died in 2003.She worked for Pacific Northwest Bell, later AT&T, as an operator and in other departments, from 1946 to 1983, when she retired.Survivors include a son, David of Springfield; a daughter; a sister, Claribel Spangler of Eugene; and one grandchild. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
