Kemp 82, on February 6 at his house in Anna, Texas. Mr Kemp was a former resident of this place and was the son of the late Capt. John and Elizabeth Sheckell Kemp. He was the last of us sons. Two half-brothers, Jake Kemp, of New Albany, and A. P.
